Chickens!
The first chickens have been here for almost two weeks now. Four lovely ladies keep me company here, along with the anogra rabbits and my cat. I decided to use the garden shed as a temporary chicken coop, and place the isolated pallet house inside. They have plenty of room to roam free inside the shed, safe from predators. I have stretched a extention cord from the house to be able to use heating here, as I don't have any electricity in the shed. I love having the chickens closer to the house, and be able to hear them having some discussions between themselves during the day! It is such a cozy little house, and fits nicely as a temporary chicken coop. I love watching it from my kitchen window. Putting the house together. A lot of insualtion is put in everywhere. The chickens inspect their new home. There is a lot of furniture here that has to be thrown away eventually because of the poor state they are in. But meanwhile they provide ample entertainment for the chickens. The ladies
